Where can I find my log in credentials?
If you have an existing GLOBO HQ account, good news! No new password to remember! Your credentials are the same and will follow you across GLOBO products.
Contact your internal language or IT department or your GLOBO account manager if you need help finding your log in information.
What do I need configured on my account to access iOS?
If you have a GLOBO HQ account, you can already access iOS! Simply search the App Store and download.
If you have Telephone Interpreting configured for your account, you will automatically have Telephone Interpreting accessible from iOS. If you have Video Remote Interpreting configured elsewhere, you will automatically have Video Remote Interpreting accessible from iOS.
